Our Values

The spirit of partnership affects everything we do.

We understand that the process matters to you.

Founded in 2015, Kline Hill Partners is an investment firm focused on the private equity secondary market, with industry leading capabilities in the small deal space. We have a deep and experienced team that is committed to working with sellers and general partners to find solutions that best fit their specific needs. We pride ourselves on being collaborative, responsive, and flexible throughout the entire process.

With over $4.2B in assets under management, our funds are backed by a blue chip investor base that includes endowments, foundations, family offices, and other institutional investors. Since our founding, we have completed more than 600+ transactions, transferring over 2,500+ fund and direct company interests along the way. Together, our Core and Solutions strategies make up a platform designed to serve the entirety of the small deal secondary market, with capabilities spanning LP fund transfers, GP led transactions, and secondary direct transactions.

Kline Hill is a reliable and trusted counterparty to general partners in funds where it becomes a limited partner. Beyond the typical obligations of a limited partner, Kline Hill is a supportive partner of fund investment managers and their initiatives. Additionally, we are a supporter of the broader private equity industry and, where possible, back causes led by groups such as the American Investment Council and the National Venture Capital Association.
